- View easily forms with an Unknown sender in a Paperwork file of an Employee
- Fill in or edit the sender email of a paperwork form in the Form's details page, displayed in the Employee profile
- Fill in quickly the "Organization" field in the Identification page with an exemple of what information is required (ex. HR Department)

- Access, on the Profile page, to the edition of the track with a "Modify" button placed in the central buttons
- Print the track, on the Profile Page, by clicking on "View"
- Visualize your templates on a timeline, separated between Employee experience and other Actors' one.
- View in a template all parts of the experience, including welcome books and moments of truth
- Pace a template by creating Week blocks in the timeline, in which you may add elements (ressources, tasks, events, etc.)
- Complete the template by adding in the timeline desired elements by drag'n'drop and edit elements' position between them by drag'n'drop
- Choose the display order in the timeline for events to be planned by setting up a reminder date
- Choose a due date to prepare a Kit
- Access, from a template, to the Settings menu folded by default

- Postpone Onboarding invitation to the employee on a specific date when finalizing a track
- View the postponed tracks under a specific status "Upcoming invitation", until the specific date has come
- View in the Settings, on the list of paperworks Information, which ones are already used in a paperworks Form
- Be warned when deleting a form which is used in templates that this deletion will also happen in the template
